  A new start? Watchtower renaming at HQ Columbia Heights

  who was in any doubt that our jw believe is a marketing model, see this pictures of the still existing hq of jw at columbia heights.. earlier comments on jwn that something is going to change in the organisation, these comments are true.. in a few years we will not talk about the watchtower society, we wil talk about jw.org.

  i think the current leadership will make a transfer to a new start.

  it's easy to just poo-poo the ufo thing, especially if you're naturally very skeptical after your jw experience as i am, but when you see documentary's like this it seems undeniable that some kind of inexplicable phenomenon is occuring.

  my mom showed me how ferocious a mind-controlled person may be.. i started talking to her about the septuagint... i don't know at what point the conversation went wrong but she just got angry and said, "well, i trust that jehovah has kept the bible intact... i want to end this conversation"... and i said, "mom, you haven't even let me finish.

  "i don't want to continue this conversation!

  The saying goes, "A man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still."

  JWs are always ready to point out the stubbornness of others for holding "false" beliefs, but we know that JWs take first place for blind obendience to human dictators with a continuously shifting "present truth" with becomes "old light."

  I believe that there probably is something out there besides us.

  I wish extraterrestrials would abduct me in the next 36 hours and give me a complete understanding of quantum physics so that I'd be fully prepared for my exam on Monday and beyond. And if any ETs are reading this, I'm willing to endure any manner of probing in order to become smarter... and I do mean ANY!

  they seem to be talking about the early days on a very regular basis, almost constantly.

  the change to fds happens and this involved a dive into early history and a few knocks on russell.

  More likely, WT will decide that to "abstain from blood", all JWs need to start blood-letting. If the Bible says that the blood should be poured out on the earth, the sheeple better start doing it to themselves daily!

  Changing tides

  i think we are witnessing major events in our time period.look at the snoweden situation and the continuing arab spring and the issue of income inequality.we are seeing that people are questioning the old values and briging up new ones.i belieive we are also approaching a much more secular world as well.. people today are a lot more skeptical of those in power than before and this all part of a change in our values.look at as well the advancement of science and technology.we are able to treat illness once thought uncurable.the future does not look bleak despite what the jw's say.yes we have been thorugh wars ad famines and illness but we are treating those things fast.according to the u.n they plan to cut world poverty in half.. this is good..
